Fios is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals who use our Web site. That is why we have developed and follow this Privacy Policy regarding the information collected on this web site. To successfully access selected site content or sign up for email reminders, some personal information is required. How does Fios use the information collected on the Web site?
Registration provides entry to our library of whitepapers, e-books, access to live and archived web casts and eNewsletter subscriptions and subscribe/unsubscribe capability. Fios will use the information from the registration form to analyze site trends and demographics and to communicate with our audience about our company. From time to time the information collected may be used for periodic mailings and/or phone calls from Fios and affiliated third parties with information on new products and services or upcoming events.
Registering for Webcasts
Registering for upcoming live Webcasts or viewing archived Webcasts requires registration. These events may be co-sponsored by Fios and a presenter. If you choose to register for a Webcast, Fios may disclose contact information with the presenter of that specific presentation. They may, at some point, choose to contact you. We encourage presenters to abide by similar privacy practices. Fios cannot be held responsible for presenter use of the user's contact information.
Signing up for Fios Email Reminders
Site users may opt in to receive special email reminders for upcoming webcasts. You may unsubscribe to the email reminders at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link.
Email to a Friend
If you use our referral service to inform a colleague about our site or a specific item on our site, we ask for the friend's name and contact information. Fios will automatically send that person a one-time email directing them to the item you have identified. Fios does not retain, share or reuse this contact information. It is for the sole purpose of forwarding a one-time email.
Contact Us
Submit questions or comments regarding the site or request to be contacted by a Fios sales executive by using the Contact Us form. The contact information you provide us in connection with such submission is used solely for responding to you. It is not merged or reused in any way.

For instance, twice a year we may send you an e-mail requesting you to update your information to keep your demographics current. Users may not opt-out of these communications as these communications are not promotional in nature.
You may unsubscribe to our eNewsletter at any time through the link and/or other instructions provided in each newsletter. You can manage all personal information at the Account Home page and selecting Update Your eNewsletter Subscriptions Link. You can add or delete eNewsletter Subscriptions as often as you like.
