Fios Expands Consulting Team to Help Corporations Address e-Discovery Infrastructure and Information Governance Requirements
Four New Experts Join Fios' Rapidly Growing e-Discovery Consulting Group
PORTLAND, Ore., December 4, 2007 — Fios® Inc., a leading provider of electronic discovery and litigation readiness services, today announced that it has expanded its Litigation Readiness consulting team to help companies better prepare for discovery demands. The expansion of the company's Discovery Management Services (DMS) consulting group brings added expertise in the areas of information governance and records management, internal change management and team infrastructure, and IT systems assessment and implementation.
"e-Discovery is as much about planning, compliance and information governance as it is about managing litigation," said Sam Panarella, managing director of Fios' DMS consulting group. "Embedding business processes to make e-discovery more predictable and less risky requires knowledge of how the process should be organized, what team members are needed to support the process, and how technology can be leveraged to ensure efficiency and defensibility throughout each phase of discovery. The expansion of our consulting team is a direct reflection of the demands being placed by our clients and the market."
