TechnologyCounsel.Org Launches to Help e-Discovery Experts Bridge Gap Between Law and Information Technology

New Information Portal, sponsored by Fios Inc., to Offer the Latest Trends, News, Blogs and Feature Articles on e-Discovery Issues and the Emerging Role of Office of Technology Counsel

Yet, in a recent survey by the Association for Information and Image Management International (AIIM) on the new electronic discovery rules:

75% of the respondents describe their e-mail management strategy as "not yet begun" or "much remains to be done."
55% would "somewhat disagree" or "strongly disagree" with the statement, "In the event of a lawsuit, we have clear policies and procedures in place outlining what to do relative to electronic information."
Only 41% of organizations have a formal program in place to address litigation readiness and electronic information.
