Date: January 26, 2010

Duration: 60 min.

Robert (Bob) Ambrogi, a lawyer, journalist, media consultant and blogger, is known internationally for his work at the intersection of law, media and technology. In an interview with Mary Mack, Bob shares his views on the e-discovery industry and what trends he sees emerging in 2010. Issues discussed include:

  • What's underneath the news? Have we seen an end to the downturn in the legal industry or will the trend continue?
  • How are lawyers using technology? What should the early adopters look forward to in 2010? What about the "everyday" attorney?
  • What's ahead? Based on the emergence and growth of the e-discovery industry in the past decade, what can we expect in the year(s) to come?
