Ronald J. Hedges is a member of Nixon Peabody's Business Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience in e-discovery and in management of complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Hedges was appointed in 1986 as a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he served as the Compliance Judge for the Court Mediation Program, a member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee, and both a member and reporter for the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee. From 2001 to 2005 he was a member of the Advisory Group of Magistrate Judges. Mr. Hedges has served as an adjunct profession at Georgetown University Law Center since 2006 and at Seton Hall University School of Law from 1993 to 2007.
