Rj Smith has extensive experience and success building sales organizations focused on IT-enabled services. He brings to Fios more than 25 years of experience working with such companies as EDS, Covansys and, most recently, Fujitsu Consulting. As senior vice president at Fujitsu Consulting, Rj managed the acquisition and integration of three companies into Fujitsu and met or exceeded sales targets each year. For Covansys, he built a sales team from scratch and delivered more than $100 million in annual revenue three years in a row. Additionally, capping a 14-year tenure at EDS, Rj managed 60 direct reports with annual sales targets of $2 billion in the company's Western region focused Fortune 500 and corporate accounts across 14 states. He holds a B.A. in business administration from California State University in Fullerton.
