Prashant Dubey leads Fios’ Discovery Management Services (DMS) business, with a focus on blending the disciplines of business, legal and technology to institutionalize an organized process for discovery response at corporations.

Prashant spent years as a strategy and cost management consultant for major healthcare institutions in a joint venture between Bain Consulting and Baxter International. He also spent eight years in the operating units of Baxter International in roles ranging from management of product lines to international market development in Asia and Latin America. Taking this operating experience, Prashant turned to the world of high technology growth companies – holding executive management positions for companies in the cost management, IT portfolio management and information security industries.

Over the past 5 years, he has become an expert in Managed Services and business process outsourcing. During a stint at Covansys, an IT services provider, Dubey authored a book entitled, “The Voyage East: An Executives Guide to Offshore Outsourcing.” By his own admission, this book is more a “white paper on steroids,” but does the trick as a high level primer for executives. Prashant has also published extensively on performance and cost management techniques and models, and obtained his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
