William P. Lyons

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

William P. Lyons is an experienced software industry CEO with an extensive background in management, sales and marketing, operations, research and development, and mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully taken several companies public. Most recently, Bill was chairman and CEO of AXS-One, Inc., an electronic archiving and retrieval company acquired by Unify, Inc. in 2009. Prior to AXS-One, Bill led five companies, including Ashton-Tate Corporation, a PC application software company acquired by Borland International, Inc. Bill began his business career working for IBM Corporation where his last position was VP Software, Personal Computers with responsibility for product management for all PC hardware and software products. Bill served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps. He received a B.A. from The College of William and Mary, where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors to the School of Business.

Jon Leitner

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Jonathan Leitner is Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Fios, Inc. with responsibility for the company's direct and indirect channel sales. Leitner is also in charge of the company's go-to-market strategy, including customer advocacy. Prior to his current role, Leitner served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Autonomy/Interwoven, Inc. From 1995 to 2005, he held various senior management roles, leading sales organizations in both the software and services industries with product offerings such as document and record management software. Leitner holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester, New York.

Fabrice Medio

Vice President, Software Engineering

For more than a decade, Fabrice Medio has led engineering teams in the United States and Europe as they endeavor to develop data-intensive applications, particularly addressing scalability and performance issues within large-scale distributed environments. Prior to joining Fios, Inc. as Vice President of Software Engineering, Medio was a Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce.com. Previously he served as Director of Software Engineering at Discovery Mining, a division of Automony/Interwoven, Inc., where he drove development of the company's web-based platform and its search technologies. Medio earned a Masters Degree in Corporate and Tax Law from the Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (France).

Donna Peterson

Vice President of Marketing

Donna brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience to Fios, having previously worked for large multinational, midsize and startup companies. She is responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy, including product management, lead generation, web strategy, public relations and analyst relations. Previously, Donna held director of marketing positions at Tektronix, Inc. where she led North American channel marketing efforts as well as managed global demand generation for one of the firm's multi-product-line business units. She has also held marketing management positions at advertising and public relations firms, where she was recognized with the prestigious Silver Anvil Award by the Public Relations Society of America for the best public relations program of the year. In addition to her successful marketing career, Donna has owned her own manufacturing company. Donna earned an M.B.A from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in political science from Lewis & Clark College.

Todd Trzcinski

Vice President, Finance

Todd Trzcinski has over 25 years' experience managing accounting systems and departments for both privately and publicly held corporations. Most recently, Trzcinski has been leading the accounting department as Controller of Fios, Inc. Prior to joining Fios, he served as Controller for several privately held growth companies, including Christenson Electric and Envoy Global. Other major companies in which Trzcinski has served include Consolidated Freightways and CNF Transportation; both positions involved management of international accounting operations and included five years based in Europe. He got his start in the accounting industry as an associate with Arthur Andersen & Co., performing audits, feasibility studies and financial forecasts. Trzcinski specializes in developing and managing corporate business plans, managing costing models, helping companies prepare for growth and expansion, and ensuring accounting systems and personnel are utilized to their full potential.

Lewis Barr

General Counsel & Secretary

Lewis brings a broad legal background to Fios, Inc. where he is responsible for the company's legal matters, including corporate transactions, intellectual property protection, contracts, and regulatory compliance. He also serves as the company's corporate secretary and as a program manager on an ad hoc basis. Before joining Fios, Inc. in 2008, Lewis was General Counsel of New Edge Network, Inc., now known as EarthLink Business. Before then Lewis represented clients in federal and state court as a litigation associate with Morgenstein & Jubelirer LLP (now Schiff Hardin LLP). He also worked for numerous federal judges as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Lewis earned his bachelor's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his law degree from University of Missouri School of Law. Before attending law school, Lewis taught English as a foreign language as a Peace Corps volunteer in Gabon, Africa.
