Provide production engineering support to the Processing Center to increase efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness in processing customer data.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and other small utilities to migrate and massage data;
• Development QA tools and prototypes to help in the production environment;
• Create automation tools to aid in the processing of data, turning manual steps into automated processes;
• Work closely with Technology Development Group. Communicate trends in customer requirements that may require new product or product enhancement development effort.

Qualifications

• BSCS, or equivalent, and at least two years of related experience;
• Successful candidates will have experience/skills in troubleshooting, working in a software QA or technical support environment;
• Must have experience working under strict deadlines where customer responsiveness is the norm;
• Development experience SQL Server 2005 required; creativity and resourcefulness.
